Most Runs

With 1,176 runs in 25 innings, Sussex’s Tom Haines finished as the leading run-scorer of the County Championship. Worcestershire’s Jake Libby ended at second place, with 1,075 runs. They are followed by Middlesex’s Sam Robson (1,047), Durham’s David Bedingham (1,029), and Derbyshire’s Matthew Critchley (exactly 1,000). Surrey’s Hashim Amla is at sixth place, with 994 runs.

Most Wickets

Nottinghamshire’s Luke Fletcher had been the standout performer of the season. He had bagged 66 wickets at an average of 14.90, and ended at the top of the wickets chart.
