Let us have a look at how group tables of County Championship 2021 are forming up after 6 June.

Group 1:

Defending champions Essex slipped to second place in Group 1 with 118 points following their rain-affected draw against Nottinghamshire. Notts (115), at second place until now, are now third.
Worcestershire (120), meanwhile, rose to the top. Durham are at fourth, with 111 points. The four teams are separated by just nine points. Meanwhile, Derbyshire are still in search of their first win of the season. They languish at the bottom, with 60 points.

Group 2:

Gloucestershire slipped to second of Group 2 following their an-innings-and-93-run defeat to Leicestershire. The former (109 points) are now a point behind new Group leader Somerset (119), while Hampshire (108) are just a point behind Gloucestershire at third. Middlesex, with one win from seven matches, remained at the bottom.

Group 3:

Lancashire (126) and Yorkshire (118) are still separated by just four points at the top of Group 3 after the latter clinched an innings win over Sussex at Headingley and the former lost to Glamorgan. Northamptonshire (110) are third, while Kent and Sussex remained at the bottom two spots, with 75 and 71 points respectively.
