Delhi Capitals have cancelled their travelling arrangement to Pune amidst the COVID-19 scare, forcing the entire contingent to quarantine themselves.

Delhi were supposed to play Punjab Kings on 20 April at MCA Stadium. Patrick Farhart, the physiotherapist, contracted the Coronavirus and had to be isolated from the rest of the squad. Mitchell Marsh has also tested positive for the virus, and he has been admitted to the hospital.

Delhi has not had a great start to the Indian Premier League 2022. They have lost three out of five matches they have played so far. Their most recent fixture ended with a 16-run defeat against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
