Riyad Mahrez of Manchester City is looking forward to Friday's FA Cup match against Arsenal.
The Gunners lead the Premier League, but reigning champions Manchester City want to catch them.
The two teams will also want to knock each other out of the domestic cup, as well as set a precedent for their two remaining Premier League meetings this season.
"It is a very good trophy, a very good cup," Mahrez said of the FA Cup and the Arsenal game, according to club media. In this country, it is a historic cup.
"We won it once, and we want to win it again. We intend to go for it.
"I believe victory will be critical. It is a challenge against a good team that is currently first in the league.
"They are currently the best team in the country. But they're coming to see us on Friday, so we'll see what they have to offer."
"I think they've been really good, but we're used to it," he continued.
"Every year we have had a team [pushing us in the League]. For the past four or five years, it has been Liverpool, and this year it is Arsenal.
"We're going to take it. They're doing well, but we'll see where it leads us both.
"At the moment, they are ahead, but there is still a long way to go."
