As an improvement over Lucas Moura, Tottenham should sign Wilfried Zaha on a free transfer.
John Wenham, a Spurs analyst who frequently breaks news about the team on his Lilywhite Rose social media platforms, affirms this.
At the end of the current season, Zaha's contract expires, and beginning in January, he will be free to speak with overseas clubs.
This season, the Ivory Coast international has started 12 of his team's 14 Premier League games, scoring twice, and assisting three times.
The Evening Standard reported on November 2 that Zaha had failed to accept Palace's most recent contract offer.
Wenham wants Tottenham to sign Zaha in instead of the uncertainly-future Moura.
Wenham told Football Insider writer Ben Wild that he would take several of the players that will be available on free agency.
"I noticed a long list. 100% Wilf Zaha. For him, move. Since we are an English club, we are unable to communicate with him until his contract expires on July 1st.
I'm not sure how much interest there is in him, so perhaps foreign clubs would have an advantage there.
He always seems to be mentioned in transfer rumours every window, but nothing ever materializes. Given that his contract is up, this might be the ideal moment.
"There is speculation that we could lose Lucas Moura. Get Zaha if he goes and you can simultaneously obtain a significant boost.
The Premier League saw 29-year-old Zaha make 33 appearances and score 14 goals.
During the same season, Moura made 34 league appearances and scored twice.
