Let us have a look at how each of the Australian players fared in the five-match T20I series against West Indies.

Mitchell Marsh 9 (M 5, R 219, SR 152, W 8, Ave 11, ER 6.76)

Marsh was a standout performer with both and ball. He aggregated 219 runs at 152, including fifties in the first two games. His eight wickets were 6.76 is equally impressive. In the fourth match, he single-handedly (44-ball 75, 4-0-24-3) helped Australia to register their only victory.

Aaron Finch 6 (M 5, R 127, SR 122)

Finch scored 4, 6 and a 31-ball 30 in the first three games. He then improved his numbers with a 37-ball 53 and a 23-ball 34.

Matthew Wade 4.5 (M 5, R 87, SR 161, C 4)

Wade played a breezy cameo in the opening match but did not have much of an impact in the next four. He also held four catches behind the stumps.

Moises Henriques 4 (M 5, R 95, SR 123)

Henriques got the several starts but failed to convert any of them into anything substantial.

Adam Zampa 4 (M 5, W 4, ER 7.94)

Zampa played all five games, took four wickets with an economy rate of just under eight.

Andrew Tye 4 (M 1, W 3, ER 9.25)

Tye only featured in the last match and returned 3-37 from four overs.

Josh Hazlewood 3.5 (M 4, W 4, ER 7.73)

Hazlewood got four wickets. Three of them came in the opening match, where he dismissed Evin Lewis, Chris Gayle and Andre Russell.

Ashton Turner 3 (M 2, R 30, SR 94)

Turner got the start in the third match but failed to shift his gear before being run out.

Josh Philippe 2.5 (M 3, R 14, SR 70)

Philippe got three opportunities and wasted all of them. All he managed was 1, 13 and a duck.

Daniel Christian 2.5 (M 4, R 42, SR 114, W 0, ER 11)

Christian made a little impact on his return to international cricket. He played four matches, aggregated 42 at 114, and remained wicketless after bowling five overs.

Ben McDermott 2 (M 2, R 9, SR 75)

McDermott made nine from the first two matches, then lost his place in the next three.

Ashton Agar 2 (M 2, W 1, ER 8)

Agar featured in the opening two games and returned 1-56 in seven overs.

Riley Meredith 2 (M 2, W 4, ER 13.40)

Meredith was the most expensive Australian bowler, but he picked up four wickets in two matches.

Jason Behrendorff 2 (M 2, W 0, ER 11.66)

Behrendorff did not get any success in two games. He was particularly expensive in the last match, where he conceded 46 in three overs.

Mitchell Swepson 2 (M 1, W 1, ER 13.66)

Swepson bowled three overs, conceded 41 and got a wicket.

Mitchell Starc 1.5 (M 4, W 1, ER 8.81)

A rare quiet series for Starc, who conceded 89 in the opening two matches for no wicket – though he bowled quite well in the next two.

Alex Carey 1.5 (M 3, R 22, SR 92)

A flop show from Carey, who had chances to make his mark but did not grab any of them.
