West Indies vs Pakistan, 4th T20I: Preview, Fantasy Tips and Probable XIs Image

Rain has dominated the headlines throughout the T20I series between West Indies and Pakistan. Both sides came to this series to prepare themselves for the upcoming T20 World Cup. Unfortunately, two out of three matches that have played so far have been washed out.

The teams will now play the fourth and the last T20I match, on 3 August, at the Providence Stadium, Guyana. Pakistan have won the only completed match by seven runs, at the same venue.

Only six minutes of play was possible in the third T20I. During this period, Pakistan managed to bowl 1.2 overs. West Indies were on 15/0 before rain played the spoilsport yet again, like the opening match.

Trailing 0-1, West Indies will be looking to bounce back. Arguably the second-strongest T20I side, after England, they now have to show their range before moving to the two-match Test series.

Pakistan, on the other hand, have taken an unassailable lead, and will be want to seal the series. They began impressively in their last T20I assignment against England, but yet they failed in the end.

Like the second T20I, the fourth match may be a shortened one, considering the rain predicted for the entire week.

Head to Head

Pakistan have played West Indies 17 times in T20Is. They have won 12 and lost 3.
