Harmanpreet Kaur of India jumped three places to 11th in the latest ICC women's T20I player rankings, released on Tuesday, after her team won its first two matches in the ongoing tri-series in South Africa.
While Kaur's 35-ball 56 not out against the West Indies helped her break into the top 10, all-rounder Deepti Sharma's 33 in the previous win against South Africa has propelled her to a career-high 25th position.
Deepti has also risen one spot to second among all-rounders in the most recent weekly update.
Smriti Mandhana, who was named Player of the Match against the Windies after hitting 74 not out off 51 balls, is India's third-ranked batter, having earned nine rating points to reach 736 points. Mandhana was ranked second in September of last year and is now 24 points behind Beth Mooney on the list, which is led by Tahlia McGrath (814 points).
Sune Luus of South Africa moved up to 45th place with scores of 29 and 30 in two matches. Chloe Tryon and Marizanne Kapp have also made strides.
South Africa's left-arm spinner Nonkululeko Mlaba has risen four places to a career-high fourth place in the T20I bowling rankings after taking three wickets in two matches. Sneh Rana of India is in the top 10, and other notable gainers include Ayabonga Khaka (up four places to 16th), Rajeshwari Gayakwad (up ten places to 18th), and Radha Yadav (up 12 places to 28th).
Australia batters Beth Mooney and Meg Lanning have advanced two places to second and fifth in the ICC Women's ODI Player Rankings, respectively, after helping Australia complete a 3-0 whitewash over Pakistan in their ICC Women's Championship series.
Mooney was named Player of the Series after scoring 57 not out and 133 in the second and third matches, respectively, while Lanning batted twice and scored 67 and 72.
After a total of 93 runs in the series, Pakistan captain Bismah Maroof has risen three places to 22nd, while Nida Dar has risen three places to 32nd.
Australia spinner Ashleigh Gardner has risen seven places to 13th in the bowling rankings after taking five wickets in the series, while Ellyse Perry has risen one place to 12th. Alana King (up eight spots to 32nd) and Darcie Brown (up two spots to 40th) have also risen in the rankings.
For Pakistan, Diana Baig (up one place to 23rd) and Fatima Sana (up three places to 29th) are the main gainers in the bowling rankings.
